YHL Consulting was employed to improve the overall safety culture of the project, including trust building, communication and collaboration.
Tailormade activities and workshops were held with the project managements to improve the culture of the project and collaboration between different stakeholders.
Hong Kong Airport Authorty Contracts 3201 - 3206: Land/Marine DCM Projects
YHL Consulting is hired to conduct behavioural assessments on a total of 6 project, contracts 3201 – 3206 all involving works of Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) works located on land or on sea.
We are responsible in conducting semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, etc. are conducted on all levels of staffs within the projects, to collect data and provide feedback on how different levels of staffs feel about the current culture of the site.

Augmented Collaborative Safety Culture (ACSC) Program

YHL Consulting have beeen empolyed to improve the safety culture of the project. After the implementation of the ACSC program, we have sucessfully improved the safety culture of the project which includes creating an environment for all levels to speak up, encouraged ownership, improved collaboration and more.
During the course of this 4 years program, multiple regular activities as well as special program activities are being done to cope with the situation which all staffs of the project are experiencing at the time to help foster a better safety culture and to create a happy workplace for all levels of staffs.
